10/10First off all, the quality of the food. In addition, the dishes looked very appealing, the ambiance was very pleasant and the service was excellent.

7/10Oysters were fresh and briny. The soup de poisson was not memorable along with the Bouillbaisse which had a hearty selection of fish including the required rascass but not enticing without the added rouille. Chocolate souffle was rich and satisfying. Ambience was tranquil and pleasant. We sat in a comfortable banquette side by side.

10/10An absolutely beautiful restaurant run by people who really care about what they’re doing. Very friendly very tourist friendly very good service and superb food which clearly is prepared with much attention to detail. The wine list is not very extensive but very good and not too expensive in terms of the markup versus what you would pay on Premier. Overall, a very enjoyable evening and I can’t wait to go back.

3/10Many food in the menu can not be ordered. Even I want to order common dish, seafood paella, seafood soup (I saw management photos in the trip adviser), they didn't have. I want to other some seafood, they didn't have. My husband ordered a steak with MEDIUM WELL, they cooked it as MEDIUM RARE.

As you noted, we were indeed victims of our own success that Sunday evening. Our menu changes daily based on available supplies and stock, which can sometimes result in certain dishes being unavailable, particularly at the end of the weekend. For example, our langoustine and pink prawn paella was extremely popular this weekend, and unfortunately, we ran out. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Regarding the steak for your wife, we are truly sorry for the cooking error. Had you informed us at the time, we would have been happy to correct the situation immediately and offer a gesture of goodwill on your bill. Once again, this does not reflect the standard of service we strive for at Dessirier. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an experience that lives up to your expectations.
