My wife did some online research in search of the best pizza on Ischia. We were not disappointed let me describe. Our server Vincenzo greeted us with a smile and chose an intimate table positioned at a cool location to offset the summer heat. We both started with salads 🥗, hers a garden mine a Buffalo mozzarella. Everything was fresh, crisp, delicious fresh mozzarella and lightly dressed a great way to start. We are both pizza snobs with high standards. The ultimate test is to order a simple Marguerita pizza which is what we did. Perfection is an overused term but that’s what this pizza is. The crust so light, sumptuous, small oven grids, chewy let’s cut to the chase “heaven”. Quality can’t be faked, every ingredient is tops. The tomato sauce purely simple; marzano tomatoes fresh from Naples daily along with fresh mozzarella. Bon appetito my friends you can count yourself amongst the few carpet baggers from NY, Chicago or Boston, take note this is the place😎🇮🇹

Best Pizzadough and best Focaccia. Antipasta salumi i formagi exellent. Super friendly staff and owner
