7/10There is no rabbit in the rabbit bucatini. It's just sour meat with two chunks of something hard. No garlic, no sauce. It tastes like crap.

Hi, thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re truly sorry the dish wasn’t what you were expecting. Just to clarify, our bucatini with rabbit ragù are made with boneless rabbit meat, slowly cooked into a delicate sauce, rather than with whole pieces of rabbit. If you’d like to try the classic rabbit dish (served in whole portions, with bone, in the traditional style), it does need to be reserved in advance so we can prepare it freshly for you. We’d be very happy to welcome you back and let you experience this version too—we’re sure it will give you exactly the taste you were looking for.
