This Michelin One Star restaurant is innovative, especially with vegetarian dishes, and the presentation is beautiful. You can see the creativity and cleverness in the menu. However, while the dishes look artistic, they don’t deliver a real “wow factor” in taste. It’s interesting to try once, maybe for food critics or those focused on vegetarian cuisine, but it’s not a place I would return to or strongly recommend for most diners.

the vegan Menu with the non alcoholic Drink pairing is genuinely one of the best culinary experiences out there, I've traveled all over and Inverandero gets a Guaranteed visit every time I get to be in Madrid Just to try their seasonal variations. Just Amazing!

We were overwhelmed by the flavors and ingredients the chef and his team used. The bread was a big big favorite. We were surprised by the creativity and sustainability of their drinks (fermented and non-fermented). Try the citrus wine. The cocinero himself was humbly greeting guests, cleaning tables and supervising his team with a smile or light laugh. Having been to other fine dining tastings, this one is very satisfying!

It is an excellent experience with vegetarian options. The menu offer is really good am I recommend the full menu with drinks, meat, coffee, bread and cheese. It could be a one time experience for a special moment pr celebration

Amazing meal. Every course was awesome. As a carnivore, I was blown away by the menu, service and pairings. If you’re a carnivore like me and my partner, just enjoy the vegetarian experience. It was absolutely delicious.

It was such a pleasure to experience a vegetarian tasting menu! After traveling through Spain with two vegetarians who were rather limited in what they could eat, to have such a special meal they could enjoy was a highlight of our month-long trip. My husband, an omnivore, happens to be allergic to soy and the restaurant was able to accomodate this issue. We loved their special water, the non-alcoholic drinks, and the emphasis on health. Service was excellent. Definitely recommend!
