Food was just not good. Lasagne tasted like frozen. They didn’t apply 20% discount from the fork, even after we asked for it twice

Good morning, we are sorry that you did not enjoy the food, but it seems evident that you consumed it. According to our policy, if something is not to your liking, we deduct it from the bill. Regarding the 20%, if you claim to have mentioned it twice, it seems difficult to us that it was not applied.

The staff was friendly and very attentive. I was so glad to finally get soup that I’ve been craving. I had Minestrone and my daughter had Pasta e Fagioli that she had never tried and loved.

The people working there were very welcoming and took their time with us. They gave us 2 free shots each with the dessert. And they even wrote to us on a paper other pubs/restaurants we should give a try!

Table was ready for us upon arrival on New Year's eve. Very friendly, reasonably priced, and really enjoyed the food. What more can you ask for? Would definitely recommend and hope to be back.

I rarely write reviews but felt the Er Marchese deserved one, not in a good way. Although the manager welcomed us quite warmly, it was all downhill from there. Despite the specials, the choice of food was disappointing, as was the preparation. Adjacent restaurants were all bustling yet, in ours, only one other table was occupied, whilst some other diners arrived but left after a few minutes. After our main course, we were completely ignored for ages, as the manager chatted endlessly with the other table. We left, wondering how they ever obtained a 9+ rating.
