10/10The staff were very attentive and patient. The view from the rooftop was unforgettable. After a couple of months of travel, i craved more Japanese food and this delivered some really nice combinations. If I could be critical, the sashimi, which was delicious, could be thinner cut, Otherwise, the crunch in some of the dishes was spot on and I really enjoyed the wagyu/rice dish. Went well with a drink-now Barolo. Thank you,

9/10We did the sushi- the rolls we got were inventive and tasty. Recommend for a good change of pace. Lovely views of the city as well.

4.5/10I was surprised not to have the table fully ready when we were sitting and it took 10 min before to give everything to my wife. Secondly for the wine I ordered a Nero D’avola but when the waiter serviced the wine he did not show the brand in the bottle and completely finished the bottle. At the end in the bill the wine was another one “Valpolicella” and I believe that they gave me this one since they wanted to finish the bottle they already have opened. This kind of thing should not happen in restaurant at this level. For the food quality and location nothing to add all was good, but prices were also quite high.

10/10Fantastic views over Rome. Went at sunset for sushi and food was amazing! Entrance to restaurant is through hotel and at back but that adds to the surprise. Great service too. Highly recommend asking for a table on the balcony.

3.5/10If this restaurant is a replacement for The Flair Restaurant which used to be on the rooftop of the Bernini Bristol Hotel, they have much work to do. The appearance, the view, the welcome, the level of service and the food were not at a level of a restaurant complimenting a 5 star hotel. On a positive note, the lamb dish that my wife ordered was very well executed and the high-point of the evening. It was our anniversary dinner and we would have done better at a bistro. I am a retired executive chef and have seen and worked in many greatly thought-out concept restaurants that had great execution. I have also worked in, observed, and consulted at restaurants with concept, management and identity crises. Il Vizio Roma is one of the latter. This seems to be a transitional restaurant until the hotel can restore the rooftop location. May be one should wait till then.

9/10Ambience, service, location was perfect. Food was not as amazing as I was hoping for it to be. Overall not worth the higher price tag. Didn’t try the sushi - pricing was insulting for the sushi options.

10/10We ate the restaurant and drank at the bar. Food is delicious and service was excellent. Claudia was our bartender and made the best Cuba libre and Tom Collins’s we ever had! Highly recommend!
