It was a sublime experience from the very start. The chef’s explanations, the food, the wine pairing, the place, everything was so enjoyable. This restaurant is a gem.

Beautiful food in a unique setting. Laurent was friendly, informative and passionate about his food. It was wonderful to hear him talk about each dish. Every dish was delicious and we had a brilliant evening - thank you Laurent!

Delicious tasting menu, great wine pairing, outstanding value for money. Amazing atmosphere perfect for a nice, long dinner. High attention to detail. Food at the level of 1-2 Michelin stars.

Excellent restaurant, the food was outstanding. We took the eight path menu. Each time it was an amazing experience. The chef Laurant is an amazing person and made our dinner a real symphony. He is one of the best chefs ever. This is a must visit experience in Paris. Only open at night. I fully agree that this restaurant deserves a three stars at Michelin Guide. Thanks Laurant

Very creative menu, using seasonal ingredients. You can choose a menu of 6 or 8 courses (either with or without selected wine accompaniments), but you eat what the chef has prepared for the evening. Nevertheless, the chef accommodated the dietary restrictions of a couple sitting near us. It might be best to let them know in advance if you have dietary restrictions. Each dish was very nicely prepared and presented, very unique and flavorful and portioned so as not to leave you stuffed. Service was friendly and casual.

Phantastic surprise menu - very creative and perfectly performed. My only recommendation for improvement is for the bread - which was too simple and not interesting - otherwise all was perfect.

I chose this restaurant based solely off of The Fork's ratings and the location near where we were staying. We were meeting two other American friends for our last dinner in Paris, and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great, sitting next to a living wall (it could have been serene but we were an excited group). Our server was wonderful, unobtrusive but shared friendly conversation with us about the food and our other experiences in France. We all chose the six-course tasting menu and found the flavor combinations to be interesting and delicious... the meat was all perfectly tender and well-seasoned, with great use of fresh herbs and not too heavy on sauce. Definitely recommend.
