9.5/10First, the great. The food quality is spectacular. It does not push boundaries like other michelin restaurants that I have dined at, and that's just fine. I enjoyed all of the dishes and they each had their own character. The amuse bouche was particularly intriguing. Leeks, four ways. The dashi broth was incredible. Service was quick and kind. They spoke English to us as we are learning French and couldn't quite keep up in this instance. The atmosphere was warm and lively, especially for lunch. It seems to be a popular place for local business lunches. The not as good. We received a wrong entree, and although it was delicious, it was disappointing to be overlooked. The main server also didn't come around after taking orders. Only to give and charge the bill. Maybe we had overstayed for lunch. It felt a little cold as we left. Overall, a wonderful experience.

5.5/10Food was innovative. Our bottle of white wine was left out with no chiller and rapidly getting to room temperature. We have not been notified by the staff that they prefer to leave bottles of wine out without a chiller. Upon requesting the chill second time, and refusing the warm refill, we were given a backet with iced water to cool the wine. That was disappointing, given the price of the food and Michelin mentioning.

9.5/10I recently dined at Anona and loved the food and ambiance—worthy of its Michelin star. But I was a little surprised at the end when the server presented preset tipping options (10%, 20%, 30%) and asked something along the lines of ‘Anything for the team?’ where I had to re-clarify if he meant a tip. In a Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, where service is already included, this felt a bit out of place. While I understand tipping customs can vary, in Paris — especially at this level — I expected a more discreet approach, given that service is already included. I mention this with respect — just as a guest who values the quiet elegance usually associated with this level of dining. Just a small note—otherwise, a wonderful afternoon.

7/10The presentation was very good but flavors not up to expectations. First time I had to send out a dish at a Michelin rated restaurant - a fish that was way too salt. Replaced with a fish that was correctly salted but slightly under cooked. The wine paring was not good enough. The first three were good wines but the paring did not bring any thing extra to the experience. The fourth was very good and the fifth a compleat miss match.

7.5/10With a star and a green star, we had very high expectations. The small dishes were delicious and creative. The disappointment was in the wine pairing -- despite the "tasting" sized pours, I left wine in almost each glass. Given the choices in Paris, I'm not sure that I would return.

10/10The whole experience was beautiful, the chef was there to welcome us and was with us throughout service. The food was amazing, the drinks were lovely, the pairing made with the dishes were good (they have a non alcoholic drink pairing with their courses menu). Overall, beautiful experience, worthy of a second visit and more.

+6Comfortable, charming interior presents the guest with an alluring atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. Start to finish you are treated with grace, respect, and spellbinding service from all employees. The courses were prepared with immaculate attention to detail and with dedicated cuisine experience. The quality of ingredients were without peer. Each course was engaging and thoughtfully crafted and wonderfully presented. I would recommend.
