The beef, baked potatos and pastas are great, and hence we returned the next day. Service is not that good as the kitchen seemed to have skipped my order- it took 30+ mins waiting time, and the neighbouring customers who made their order after ours had almost finished their meal by the time our food came. But at least the waiter offered 2 free cups of coke as a compensation. Requested ketchup but it never came. Locused in the red light area in Amsterdam and it is not too convenient-- took 10+ mins to walk from and to the canal area or the centraal area.

0–30 We ate dinner at Fabian Restaurant Pizza Steakhouse and the food was excellent! It’s the best meal we have had since coming to Amsterdam. So good we are going back again before we leave. The steak was delicious, pasta superb and the salad was excellent. Go eat here. You too will love it. Atmosphere is quaint and the service is very welcoming. We highly recommend eating here!!

Wonderful hidden gem located in central Amsterdam. Space is small with limited tables. The small size makes it somewhat congested causes the noise level to be moderately loud; however our party of 4 was able to comfortably hold a conversation over dinner. Nice menu with a wide variety of options. All 4 diners were extremely happy with the quality of the meals. Service was a little slow, though not unreasonably so. If we lived in Amsterdam this restaurant would clearly be in our regular dining out rotation. You should go if in the area seeking good food for a reasonable price in a local establishment.
