This was one of the worst restaurant experiences of my life. The tables were dirty and had ants and spiders so I had to clean it myself. There was only one waiter for the whole restaurant so I never got a menu and had to look it up on my phone. The food took ages and when it arrived it was disgusting. The salad was not fresh and the seafood that should have been grilled was raw

We apologize for the experience you had during your visit, and we truly value your input as it helps us to continually improve. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the shortage of staff due to unexpected sick employees and holidays. This unfortunate situation led to us being understaffed, with only one team member available to serve. Additionally, we regret that the unexpected surge in customers due to the better-than-forecasted weather led to a jam in our kitchen operations. On that particular evening, we had to rely on external help in the kitchen, which resulted in deviations from our standard cooking processes. Regarding the concerns about the salads, we want to assure you that we take great pride in using only the daily fresh ingredients for our salads. Furthermore, we'd like to clarify that we do not offer grilled seafood on our menu. B.W. 84

Came here by chance with my boyfriend and we had a great experience. Food and cocktails were lovely and the service couldn’t have been better. Ps try the guacamole!

We had lunch with some friends and everything we ordered was delicious. The homemade lemon merengue cheesecake was really amazing. Service was very attentive and helpful.

Kind Staff, delicious food, reasonable prices, it was a good memory in Amsterdam Especially The 84 hamburgers and smoked salmon salad is great.

I went there twice, once for burgers, which were very tasty. The other time we went for nachos, these weren't very good. The cheese was cooked for too long so it was dry and crispy and there weren't enough toppings. The salsa was excellent, maybe the best I've had on nachos, but the guacamole was a bit tasteless, despite being home made. If they add more cheese, don't overcook it, add more of the toppings and add some spices or herbs to the guacamole it would've been very good.

Very nice atmosphere, quality food and great service.. We ate 84 special burgers and Irish Steak. They cooked them as we requested. Chic plates????I’d definitely recommend ????

Erg aardig personeel maar slecht eten

Jammer om te horen dat het eten niet naar wens was geweest. wij hebben het hier intern gecontroleerd. Volgens de gastheer is dit op de avond zelf niet aangegeven. Hij had de half opgegeten hamburger opgemerkt; gevraagd of er iets mis mee was, maar kreeg als reactie dat er in de middag teveel taart vooraf was gegeten en dat dat de eetlust ontnomen had. Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk de volgende keer, ook bij onze andere horeca-collega's, direct kenbaar te maken als iets niet naar wens is zodat er op dat moment direct aan een oplossing gewerkt kan worden. Spijtig dat dit niet gebeurd is.
