Unfortunately was not what we were expecting. Only a few of the smaller courses were for us. We did not understand forcing the whale stew in all alternative tasting menus. We sent it back just like 4 others in the room. The replacement meat offered was mid level at best as well. We believe you need some changes if not all. Regardless service was amazing.

Unfortunately new year eve in El Poblet was not quite the experience we legitimately expected from a 2 Michelin starred restaurant. While the service was absolutely great, with allergies well taken care of and excellent staffs attending our table, the dishes were uneaven : some exquisites, like this oyster prepared in an oceanic flavored sabayon or the crisp sweet potato with foie gras and a smoky whisky flavor ; some very so-so, like the matured meat, not particularly good and tasty or the fish, a nice turbot which did not request to be overcooked. Wine pairing did not help as it was not to our taste, with a lot a maderized wines, or strong choices like this Palo Blanco 2024 which felt like an agression to our nose and palate. I am sure the chef and staff meant well by preparing this menu, and we did not have a horrible time, but the 2 stars must have lost their way on this busy evening.

Food, wine and staff all amazing. The way they explained the food, showing the various steps, was unique and actually interesting. Laid back but excellent. Well worth a visit.

Excellent Michelin star worthy tasting menu from start to finish, with not a single misstep. The most delicate, layered umami showcasing Valencia’s freshest ingredients from the venerable Albufera. Top notch service to match. Always a sign of grace and a deep profound respect for the art of preparing a meal of this quality is when the chef comes to your table and introduces himself. Definitely a must when in Valencia!

At the door, the waiter will lead you to the room on the first floor. Everything is discreet, in a decor that blends contemporary with classic comfort. The ceremony begins with a tasting of succulent regional specialities. The highlight of the meal is the white chocolate floral dessert with strawberry coulis: delicious and very photogenic. Discretion is the order of the day, even if the service can seem a little stuffy. I thoroughly enjoyed this tasty journey at a reasonable price!

the menu leaves a lot to be desired. half the courses contained the same main ingredient. the deserts where a big disappointment. wine and service was good. the music was off putting. expected more.

We were sitting behind a wall. Terrible table setting. The food was not our taste , to many dishes with Demi glacé and to much sour. The first time in a long list of star restaurants that I did not finish 3 dishes. I missed the surprise in taste, the delicacy and the freshness in the dishes. A shame. The staff was very friendly though!

+4My father and I have been to 3 star restaurants in NYC & with that said, El Poblet is well deserving of their stars. The attention to detail, service, overall taste, presentation and creativity surpassed my needs. We were blown away by everything on the Territori tasting menu. This was an experience that will be remembered for our entire life. Thank you Chef and team.

Innovative and classical, local and international, the food and the team make for the best dinner we've had. More specifically, the usage of citrus is exciting and true to the region (at least for the last couple of centuries), the wine choices, both from Spain (la riocha and Alicante) and Argentina, were perfect independently and with the food,
