9.5/10Just arrived they recommend us to go to the speakeasy bar in the back where is more quiet and the ambience It's great for a couple. They had a record player there, add a plus to the place. The menu was clear and the prices are usual. The food and the cocktails just amazing, was what we expect. I like that the waitress are around every time cause I don't have to call they and they are very attentive. Also they explain us every detail of the menu. Surely, I will back some time.

2/10We were a group of seven and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. We waited over an hour and a half for our starters, and when we asked what was going on, we were told the food was still being prepared and would take another 20 minutes… Throughout the evening, we were asked several times what drinks we had ordered, which showed a clear lack of organization. Two of us ordered the same drink, but they came in completely different glasses — one much smaller than the other — and when we asked about it, no explanation was given. After almost two hours with no food at all — no starters, no snacks, nothing — we decided to ask for the bill and leave. The manager did apologize and didn’t charge us, which we appreciated. But we had high hopes for this place and honestly haven’t had such poor service in a restaurant in a very long time.

You’re absolutely right to expect better. We’re currently in the process of training new team members, and unfortunately, we didn’t do a good enough job checking in and supporting them that evening. That’s entirely on us, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait so long without proper communication or care. Your feedback about the disorganized drink service and lack of follow-through is completely fair, and we’re addressing these issues directly with the team. While we’re glad the manager took the right step in the end, we also know that a waived bill doesn’t make up for a wasted evening. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding and we’d love the opportunity to make things right.
