9/10I have been here some times already, always with different friends and this place is a guarantee... everyone loved both the food and the place. But the best is the idea behind, the Sum in an Italian kitchen style.

About the restaurant
Milano accoglie il nuovo con curiosità. E qui il nuovo è il mix tra i sapori nostrani e i Dim Sum, i classici ravioli cinesi cotti al vapore, la specialità del locale. Che in questo caso hanno farciture italianissime. Il tutto accompagnato da drink, frutto della creatività dei bartender Luca Salvatore, che se la gioca fra spirits internazionali e ingredienti tipici della gastronomia orientale (sake, yuzu, tè). L'ambiente è cool, giovane, dai vivaci colori alle pareti, con sedute in alluminio dallo stile minimal e una fornita bottigliera a vista all'ingresso. L'idea è accattivante: si può venire per un ottimo aperitivo oppure a pranzo o cena; i Dim Sum sono serviti nei classici cestelli in giunco e invitano ad assaggi seriali, perché tanti sono i sapori delle farciture. In carta se ne trovano di vegetariani (con verdure, alla norma, allo zola radicchio e noci…), a base di pesce (con gambero alla griglia, alla carbonara di mare, al salmone affumicato …), di carne (con fassona e cipolla caramellata, all’amatriciana, alla gricia…) o gli “speciali” (fra cui il cacio & pepe, con ‘nduja e mascarpone o il “milanese”, con ossobuco…).
In alternativa si può puntare ai due menù degustazione: Per chi non sa scegliere e per gli amici vegetariani. La lista è sempre in divenire, ma vale la pena di tenere uno spazio per i dolci, E i drink? Già dal nome incuriosiscono: c'è o il diversamente secco dal nome “Asini che volano” (gin infuso al tè, Carpano Bianco, sake allo yuzu, home made sour mix, ginger beer) o lo speziato “Barlafus” (bitter Campari, Umeshu, ginger beer ).
