10/10A restaurant where I am always happy to go. The classic dishes (gunkan), which I strongly reocmmend, never disappoint and the new risotto was pleasant. Service was attentive and fast and price very reasonable given the discount by the fork. It would be a bit expensive but reasonable given the overall quality.

7.5/10I was excited to try a fusion restaurant with many different varieties of risotto. As I was seated, a QR code was thrown on the table and the host walked away. It took another thirty minutes for anyone to coke again to our table. In the meantime, three other tables were seated, greeted, given water and orders taken While we sat and waited. I am not sure why we were not taken care of. I made eye contact with one of the waiters many times and he still did not come over. I began to wonder if it was because I am American. Our Italian friend who was with us became annoyed as well. I know I am used to servers taking orders quickly in the States but this was rude. I wondered if perhaps only one of the wait staff spoke English. We were prepared to order in Italian and had chosen this restaurant as a more authentic experience. The appetizer (Fried zucchini flower) was superb. Our risottos and dishes were good.

9.5/10Excellent fusion food. As well the small Japanese style starters as the octopus as the grilled steak. Very well thought dishes with tasty flavors - bitter, sweet, salty - you should definitely try. Only room for improvement would be that it was not asked how the steak should be cooked. For my wife it was perfectly cooked medium rare but e.g. I could not have eaten as too rare for me. Should change that to avoid misunderstandings but as said for us it was excellent.

10/10The ambience and service were delightful. The food was exceptional, specially the carbonara bites. The food quality was astonishing and the service was quick but it didn’t feel rust, they set a good pace. Overall very satisfied with the experience and for sure will recommend.

10/10Truly fantastic place. Vibe os great, the food is stunning. We had some gunkans and two beautiful risottos (the Portofino with prawns left us speechless for how good it was). 100% recommended.

7/10The place is very nice and the service is kind and friendly. The risotto was ok. Interesting combination of ingredients with the gunkans. We didn’t like them but just for personal taste, not for food quality. Definitely expensive without the discount, but with 50% it’s a good compromise.

10/10I had the wonderful dining experience at OFFICINA DEL RISO, The ambiance was charming, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delectable. The presentation was also good. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a smart Lombard culinary adventure. I can't wait to visit again.

9/10The food was amazing - the best steak tartar I have ever eaten, and all the rissotto dishes my friends and I ate were fantastic. However, the air condition wasn't strong enough that day and we were sweating a lot, making our experience less enjoyable. To sum up, I will recommend it to all the people.

8.5/10If you live in Milan (or you're here for a few days), you have to go to Officina del Riso. All staff are incredibly friendly and approachable yet professional. The indoor dining room isn't big but it is comfortable. The food is great, especially the risotto, and the desserts are superbe. The only flaw are the appetizers (called Gunkan): they're a bit bland and tasteless. Given the location of the restaurant and the quality of the ingredients used, prices are as high as you would expect, so I recommend you to go to this place if you can take advantage of 50% discount.
