Pasta were pre cooked. Carbonara sauce was pre cooked. Dish was half cold.

But do you actually know pasta? Because if you’re saying that our fresh pasta is pre-cooked, there’s clearly a problem! Our carbonara sauce cannot be pre-cooked — if you knew how carbonara is made, you would never write something like that, since it’s prepared with egg, pecorino cheese, and guanciale, and the egg is not cooked! So before leaving comments like this, which unfortunately lower our rating, I would think twice. In all these years, you are the first person to complain about our products, so I can’t help but wonder if your comment was written on purpose.

The food was good, we all got different flavours so I managed to try lots of pizzas. I ordered “La Favola” and, although it was vey tasty, it wasn’t mind blowing. Still, the resto is very cosy and the workers are very friendly Italians!
