The restaurant is very busy, a good sign but a bistro so a little tight and tough to hear your fellow guests. The host reserved a table for me when I called as I couldn't choose 3 online. They were kind and attentive but I would say that for the quality of the food, the prices were steep. The portions, large compared the norm in France. A pleasant experience overall but with my budget, only on a special occasion.

It is such a shame but I really think this restaurant hugely overcharges. Toulouse sausage and mash for nearly 40 EUR, which incidentally was overpowered with truffle throughout the mash, making it even too rich to eat. The staff seemed nice enough and the restaurant itself was quaint, but just not worth the premium paid.

Very good service and the food was excellent! Try the Veal and of course Paris’s Best for desert. Server paired the wine and it was perfect!
