An authentic Japanese restaurant in Rome is a rarity. Loved the vegetable tempura with its perfect batter and the Katsudon, very well executed, with a tender pork cutlet and enough onions to make the whole dish very umami. My partner had the pork broth ramen and raved about it. He is hard to please, so kudos! We will be back.

It had an excellent ambient style, but the food was not at the same level. Only the dessert was good enough. They don't sell the Katsu curry dish as a whole; on the contrary, you must buy two dishes separately to have the katsu curry. Then, the panko in the Tonkatsu is completely damaged when trying to cook an egg with the heat of the rice. What is the point of panko if it's all wet and smashed? Not good
