10/10Very surprised we had not heard of Hiu previously. From our arrival to the end of dinner, it was a very special memory. Service was excellent, not too intrusive but enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every course was explained thoughtfully and the chef even made several appearances and spoke to each table. They food….words cannot describe - beautifully presented, totally delicious, unique in every way. And above all, very reasonably priced. I would say Hiu is on par, and in some cases, better than some starred restaurants in the region.

10/10We had an exceptional dining experience at this restaurant. From the moment we were seated, the service was impeccable, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. We were pleasantly surprised when the evening started with complimentary chicken croquetas - crispy on the outside, and deliciously creamy on the inside, setting the tone for the meal ahead. Our group of three each chose something different from the menu. I opted for the white prawn tartar, which was incredibly fresh and delicately seasoned, followed by the seabass as my main dish. The fish was perfectly cooked, with a tender, flaky, divine texture. My friends had meat dishes and were equally impressed with the quality and preparation. The main course arrived quickly, allowing us to enjoy our food at its peak. After our meal, we were treated to a delightful surprise - complimentary liquors that were a perfect ending to our dining experience.

8/10It was interesting gastro experience I'd say. Overall I rate it as a 'good experience' however there are few things to bear in mind and where there's a certainly a room for improvement. I got a 'classic' menu and the very first course (croquete) was extremely hot - and noone told me that. So, I almost destroyed my receptors at a very first bite and it took a while to recover before getting ready to the following ones. Not only me - I noticed the same experience with others. So, folks, please. Or serve it later so it gets chilled or just add a little warning notice to visitors. Second little issue - IMHO too much peanut crubms in different platters. It could be relevant for a fast food but not for a Michelin restaurant. And, last and least - when you come to a Michelin star restaurant of 6 tables you expect chef at least come and say 'Hi' to visitors. It was undone, regretfully. But - having said all that I trully wish this restaurant to flourish and to form part of Cambrils ambience.

9.5/10creative fusion between mediterrean and asian food. A welcoming change to classic spanish restaurants with always the same boring dishes. Service was chill and pleasant,friendly chef on top of things. We were truly happy here and will return soon. Tables were spacious, temperature perfect. If I need to give one point to improve: chose your music differently, it needs to be more stylish.

10/10A really fantastic meal in an excellent restaurant. The service was attentive but nicely informal and friendly. The food was really creative and delicious. Artichoke two ways and clams in a Thai inspired broth were particular highlights. We had a table closed to the pass so could see the chefs at work. The music was great too

9.5/10Interesting concept different from other Cambrils kitchen offer. Service and food were great. Small details to improve, normal since it is open since January this year (croket was served too hot, sauce of all i pebre a bit too strong for our taste). As nice detail the shoots at the end are homemade liquors! We will definitevely come back! Keep it up and congrats!

10/10We had a lovely evening, the reception was good ???? the people who own it are very passionate about what they do and make. We got an explanation of the origin of everything we ate from where it was caught, from how it was caught. The chef makes he's own alcoholic drinks with he let you taste in the end. Overal he made ower evening it was a lovely experience and I highly recommend you to go and try their restaurant. ????
