Rooftop terrace overlooking the Seats is a stunning location for a drink but perhaps less suited to eating as food is prepared downstairs and by time it came up it was already going cold. Moreover, our waiter decided to serve the starter and main course together which, he argued, was because starter was cold ( a type of gazpacho). But as we wanted to eat our main before it got even colder in the end we didn’t eat the starter bar a spoonful to taste (it was good but somehow eating starter after mains seemed wrong!). The dessert was the king of the show and I had a superb deconstructed cheesecake called a ‘sweet and sour’ while my dining companion had the chocolate cake, also exquisite. Only fly in the ointment was there was no coffee to finish. Overall great place for a cocktail with views of the Setas but would not rate as highly as other places for food.
