I really enjoyed my experience at Italian Republic in Guia. The food is tasty and well-served, especially the thin-crust pizzas and the risotto, which were spot on. The atmosphere is modern and pleasant, and the service was attentive, making for a very relaxed lunch. It’s an excellent spot for a quality meal at a fair price; only a few small details regarding the waiting time prevented a perfect score, but I will definitely be back!

The food here is of overall good quality and quantity. The menu is a little limited for pasta choices but what I had was surprisingly good. The chicken curry risotto was interesting and very nice and I have had the lasagna twice and both times the quality was good. A little more trying of the staff would improve the quality of service but the restaurant is good value for money.
