We ordered two steaks for main course, both medium but one is obviously over medium and another one is obviously rare than medium. But the food overall was okay. Service was good, the stuff was friendly. What makes us feel not too comfortable was, part of the restaurant’s dining area has the light off which seems not welcoming(and there was no one at the reception desk).

At Jack's Steakhouse, we were greeted by Tamara, who was attentive and friendly throughout the evening. We started with the "Bread to Share," fresh from the oven, followed by the "Pork Belly" starter, which I shared with my wife. For our main course, we shared the Tomahawk Steak, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. A note of caution: the salad served with the steak included chillies that were too spicy for my wife's taste. While the food and service were outstanding, the restaurant’s ambience was plain. Despite this, the quality of the food and Tamara’s service made our visit enjoyable.

The restaurant is amazing, the meat was really great what a really nice T-bone, maybe one of the best I have ever tried out. The service was promptly and really nice, will come back for sure!

Lunch was fine, but not great. We won't come back for lunch, but we will for dinner! Ambiance was fine, price is okay but we expected a bigger portion size at lunch.

I am a 20 year old, responsible adult on a trip with friends and we heard about jacks steak house as its the place for a great burger, I am an avid traveler so i have ate all over the world so i jumped at the opportunity to go here! Within 30 seconds of being in the restaurant I was warned by the waitress to "watch my head on the lights" as they are hanging down from the ceiling to head height... I am 5ft8 so this is very low for lights. I then sat down, pushing sofa cushions across the seat so i could make room, I saw the salt and pepper on the table in very weird looking dispensers so i pick it up to have a closer look only to be snapped at by the waitress in her words "Don't break that!! We don't have any left!!" Not how I expected to be talked to by a waitress, I felt like they were being very condescending due to the age of the party of diners. We ordered our drinks which was just water for the table which happened to be a 1 liter bottle of water, After ordering our burgers we received them with the sides included with the burger and mayonnaise dips along with the meal, which is great as i normally have to ask for condiments. The food was Gorgeous, the burgers were amazing! The dinner came to an end and we asked for the bill, as I am looking over the bill I see they charge €5 for a bottle of water for the table, I quickly hushed this away as it seemed to be some kind of "Better" water restaurants are now trying to sell, But then i see they had actually charged us for each dip of mayonnaise that no one even asked for... I couldn't believe it, They brought out condiments that no one asked for and then added an extra charge for each individual one! Upon leaving we go up to pay the bill with cash that we all sorted before paying which is a more respectful way than asking to split the bill.
