+1This is a wonderful Eastern and Asian fusion restaurant with lovely decor. it has a great and eclectic menu, superb food, which is tasty and well presented. Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Highly recommended.

10/10Service impeccable. Quality of the ingredients, presentation of the dishes, and the flavours, superb. As it was our first visit to Jaxana we had the taster menu. Excellent!

Very fresh and interesting dishes. Many different dishes beyond traditional Japanese Really thrilled with the uzukuri del Pescadero blanco- could have eaten lots more of that!

7.5/10Greatly styled place in the beautiful Centre of SC. Nice menue, unusual combinations, great wines also by the glass. The service was a bit impersonal / too cool for my taste, but correct and professional.

8.5/10Very good food in a nicely decorated restaurant. However, we left the restaurant disappointed for the low quality of the service received: the waitress was cold, distant, and judgemental for how little we were spending there. Also, the prices are very high, disproportionate for the city in which the restaurant is, and the portions are little. Each little ball of ice cream is 5 euros. We didn't know that and the waitress tried to have us ordering as much ice cream as possible (of course you do not order one ball of ice cream usually but just ice cream)...

9.5/10Absolutely fabulous food during New Year's Eve dinner. High price, but worth every euro. Service could be a little bit more personal, especially by sommelier Erika. Nothing about the food and the delicious wines was explained. Maybe better next year.
