The food was great and the young girl serving us was excellent. The guy from the bar area was a bit aloof and he came to our table 30 minutes before the advertised closing time and gave us the bill as if to say we had to leave.

You walk into the restaurant and immediately notice a strange odour. No waiter came to assign us a table. We asked for our reservation at the bar. The barman was grumpy. We were told to speak to one of the waiters. After we finally got a table, we ordered: Cheese spaetzle and Weißwurst with pretzel. The cheese sauce on the spaetzle is a joke, has nothing to do with cheese, it's rather oily. And the Weißwurst tasted sour, which is a sign that the sausage had gone bad. We told the waiter this, but he denied. We had to pay for the dish. The waiter was also visibly annoyed and checked every few minutes to see if he could finally clear our plates. As a German I have to say: I have never eaten this dishes so badly.

After receiving your feedback, we tested them ourselves and confirmed that both the flavor and quality were exactly as they should be. Our sausages are made in Germany by a skilled butcher, following a traditional and authentic German recipe. You chose to have the Weisswurst grilled (barbecue style), but it's worth noting that this type of sausage is typically served boiled. This may be why the taste differed from what you’re used to. As for the Spätzle, they are prepared with cheese and butter, again using a traditional German recipe. We take pride in offering authentic flavors, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve.

Tucked away in a corridor is a fantastic find if you like German food. We had the codillo (pork knuckle), currywurst and pretzels, as well as a couple of beers, and apple strudel for dessert, which we had to take home because we were so full! All were delicious and the portions were good.

Great German representation for many different options such as the baked knuckle, veal, hotdog or frankfurters. Really good baked while you wait pretzel. The lady manager or owner is outstanding, very honest and responsible.
