Very friendly staff, however the speed and accuracy of service was shocking. Ordered 2 cocktails, waited 40 minutes before it arrived (the food arrived first), and one of the cocktails which arrived was not the correct one anyway. We also finally finished our sushi plates, all was cleared from the table, and then finally they remembered another plate we had ordered at the end. Had no utensils or condiments on the table since everything was cleared, and the food was just simply dropped off at the table like an after thought. The flavors of the food and cocktails were delicious I must admit. Just a pity that there was not enough attention to what was ordered. I do just simply feel that they were understaffed on the floor and perhaps not enough training.

The food was really good, but they definitely have to improve their service. The waiter asked how to cook seviche - spicy or not, we said not spicy, but they forgot about it and brought it extremely spicy. The waiters go to and fro and do not even look at the guests, so we have to wait about 15 minutes to order some more water. When the waiter brought our bill he didn’t bring a terminal as well and disappeared immediately. We waited quite a long and nobody came so left cash and went off. And here the two waiters appeared immediately, caught us up at the exit asking if we paid. It was quite unpleasant. Guys, you could look at the table first!

We were celebrating my daughters birthday and the waiters were singing happy birthday and decorated her dessert with a small candle. Really appreciate this nice gesture. Makes a difference.

I was in town for only 6 days and ate here 3 times. The quality of the fish is very good.

We booked a table at 22h30, when we got there we ordered the degustation menu. We were told it was not available because the kitchen was closing. However, when we booked the table, we were not informed we weren’t going to be able to eat what we wanted. We ended up eating only sushi. The fish was fresh, but the variety was poor, the cut was badly made (sashimi slices almost the size of a napkin and nigiris that crumbled when touched). It looked like a rushed job to get something to the table. The coffee at the end was very bitter. The staff was nice and attentive, but the end result on the plate was lacking.

I had high expectations for the sushi, but the rice was not tasty. The taste of the sashimi was not the best. The vegetable gyozas were tasty but lacked stuffing. The service was excellent, and the ambiance was nice as well. We enjoyed the night, but we will be looking for other options in the future
