My favorite sushi place in Marseille! I had the Trio Mix California with Yamada Nishiki Sake. The rice was cooked perfectly which makes a huge difference in my opinion. The fish for the sushi was expertly cut (just the right thickness) and the california and maki rolls were great too!

The food was nice and very well done, however the service was quite annoying. We booked in advance for 8.30 without knowing that the restaurant was going to close at 9.30. They didn't tell us before, so when we arrived we had to rush to eat and pay and be out in an hour. If you are going to close at 9.30, either you don't accept the reservation or at least you explain the situation to the client. It is a pity because the food was really good.

The food quality was great. Gyoza did not meet my expectations, but the others (sushi, karaage, etc) were done well by the Japanese chef. We were disappointed at the service and hygiene level of the restaurant on the other hand. We were asked if we want all our orders at the same time, so we agreed. But first sushi arrived, and then we waited for a while until our « starters » finally arrived. The restaurant was quite empty. So I wonder why that happened. The waitress poured me soy source over my lap. And, we found a small bug on the wall when we seated our table. That unfortunately ruined our appetite. The above negative points are too bad as we really enjoyed the food. It seems that the restaurant was busy for handling takeout orders. I would do the same next time I wish to have their Japanese meals.

Expensive for basic food and very little of it, unfortunately. Nothing done to make it a nice experience. Dinner passed in 40 minutes and cost 50euros for 2 average sushi plates.

Nice atmosphere. Clear menu with photos Nice to be able to see the chefs work. I highly recommend the rose from the Provence, the second rose on the menu. It pairs exceptionally well with sushi. We had a great evening, thank you!
