We were very disappointed in the food. It was uninspired and average at best. My fried seafood was salty, bland and void of any side. My husband’s fish was just okay. For all of the hype from reviews, we were surprised at how underwhelming it was.

Angelo was so warm and welcoming, the food was excellent and this is known locally as the best place to eat in Civitavecchia. Highly recommend a visit, but don't forget, like we did for a bit, that they do not bring the check until you request it, vis-a-vis, "il conto, per favore"! LOL

The seafood was very authentic Italian and very delicious. The pasta was also very good and the owner was very hands on and made excellent recommendations.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Angelo owner/waiter was great. Food was fresh and he was very attentive. Best food we have had in Italy

Excellent, attentive service. The bottle of water, bread basket and welcome pours of Prosecco were all included in the 5 Euro cover charge. We had the 25 Euro 5-sampler appetizer platter, which was tasty but only a couple were real standouts. In hindsight, we would have gotten the 3-sampler appetizer and had the special of the day - a giant platter of fresh mussels. For our primo piatto, we shared the pasta with octopus tomato ragu. Again, tasty, but not spectacular. Our secondo piatto was the 17 Euro calamari fritti with shrimp, which was very good, along with a 5 Euro side salad with fennel. So overall, a great meal but it won’t be the best you’ve ever had. The 6 Euro glass of white house wine was delicious and the small side street outdoor ambience lovely.

The service was excellent. The place very cute. The food so-so. I also didn’t appreciate the fact that the owner asked us to give him 5 stars because anything else would drop his score. Reviews should be “voluntary” and not asked about as a pity review

The service was excellent and food was tasty and done with natural fresh ingredients. Our waiter and his assistant were friendly and provided great recommendations for our food choices. It was a pleasurable dining experience.

Everything was delicious. The host was very gracious and treated us like family. Highly recommend this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed if I higher than 10 I would bon appétit

Angelo at front of house gives amazing service. His sister is the waitress and brother is the chef. 12 of us dined on amazing fish dishes, complimentary food, Prosecco and limoncello. Travelling from the UK, night before boarding a cruise. I would highly recommend dining at this fish restaurant.

Excellent! The part owner and his sister were perfect hosts. The food was amazing, well prepared and of good quality. The host suggested a nice wine that paired perfectly with our meal and didn’t break the bank. The chef is the other owner and did an excellent job, course timing was perfect and not rushed.

This was one of the most amazing experiences we had on our anniversary trip in Civitavecchia! The food was absolutely amazing! And the service was equally as good. It is a beautiful setting on a very romantic street. Our restaurant host greeted us with complimentary glasses of Prosecco and guided us through their menu. It is a family owned restaurant and we certainly felt the love. I enjoyed the dumpling shrimp pasta dish and my husband enjoyed the Noki dish. Both were superb!! And the wine they paired our dishes with were perfect! We highly recommend this quaint restaurant for your dinner options while visiting the city.

Wonderful seafood, pasta. Chef-owner driven restaurant. Not pretentious at all. Good value for the quality. Desserts were also fantastic.
