10/10Perfect little gem in a small village outside of Paris where you’d think you could never find any eaterie. Great food, well presented, fantastic taste and superb decor. The little sheltered patio was perfect for our lunch. Warm welcome from the waiter and the Chef. Will go back definitely if I’m the area.

4/10We were very disappoited about the restaurant, especially after the rate of 9 on the fork we expected much more. Nice things first: The ambience of the restaurant is very nice. Nice and chic decor and the staff is in overall very friendly. When we came in we felt very well and welcomed. BUT we did not even sit at the table when we were served directly the "amuse bouche", . We had not settled in, ordered drinks or even chosed our menu and we found ourselves with a plat of ho tsoup in front of us which I eat even before checking the menu as I didnt want it to get cold. This is a no go! Maybe I wanted to go on the toilettet first, wash my hands or order an aperitif? The food was average, for the price even below average. The nicest thing was actually the amuse bouche. My husband had a half (!) chicken with bones, which was not really nice to eat in a restaurant with cutleries. I had a japonaise fish which was ok but a bit dry considering that the kitchen had served me fresh mayonaise with it, eventhough I said three times that I was not allowed to eat it, since I am pregnat. For each cours , it felt, they actually did not care about it. I would have expected for a restuarant at this class, to be aware of the ingridents of the dishes and offer me alternatives. If you are an allergic I recommend you not to go there as the staff is really not trained on this point. I found the service in overall lacking of professionalism for this type of restaurant and the price they take for the dishes and drinks.. 10€ a bottle of water that was actually sold as 6€ on the menu. One very dissapointing point was also that the whole staff did not respect the sanitary regulations (not the waiter, neither the owner or the chefs). Each staff member was not wearing the mask properly or at all, the chef even licked his fingers during plating the dishes (ahgrrrr). For an open kitchen also something that should be considered. For two starters, main courses and desserts +2 bottles of water we paid 155€. We will defenetly not comeback, but hope that this review is helping to make it better as this place really has potential.
