Phenomenal dinner and experience. We didn't know quite what to expect given the extraordinary focus on vegetables and garden. My partner and I ordered both menu options (with/without meat) as well as tastings of wines and juices. It was a culinary delight and every dish had something completely unexpected and novel. It was delicious, visually interesting, with superb service and creatively dynamic. We were staying in Paradou and made a special point to seek out La Chassagnette and we were not disappointed!

We will dream about the meal we had. The experience starts in the lounge where you as if you’ve been welcomed into someone’s home. The service is amazing. You can feel how passionate everyone is about the concept and the creations. We enjoyed every course and every moment.
