The rice was undercooked and vegetables were bitter.

I feel sorry for your experience, we sold a lot of rice in the same night and did not get the same feedback, our waiter asked you whether it was in line with your taste, you did not point out that the rice was not good for you at that time, if there is any problem when you eat the first bite, we can change the dish for you with pleasure, But you and your partner have finished your dishes, your assessment is just not fair.
