Great food. Outstanding wine . Terrific service and they speak great English -I can get by with my schoolboy French but didn’t need it. One of the best dining experiences of my life. The six course “Italian” was sublime. As was the “Grand Voyage”.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at Le Bœuf d'Argent. The service was outstanding, the food was excellent, and we had a jolly good time. Totally worth it. A great food and wine experience.

Had a wonderful dinner with my large group, all of which enjoyed carefully crafted, well executed dishes from menus featuring polished Italian and French staples. Everything tasted fresh and service was warm and attentive. The restaurant is a good balance of elegant and casual and we felt comfortable and welcomed. The chef came out to greet us and inquire about our meal, which was a lovely touch. Good wine selection, too. Happy to patron a family run restaurant that produces lovingly made food.

One of the best meals I’ve had in my life. The beef cheek is something you can’t miss. The wine pairing just sent the whole meal over the top. Overall amazing experience!

Outstanding kitchen! Every dish we tried was excellent. Visited with 2 young children, I was amazed when they finished their pasta and asked for additional one;) pleasant but not annoying service. 100% will return when will be in Lyon again. Thank you for perfect experience!

Personal attention from the owners, a young husband and wife team that made us feel very welcome. Beautiful and creative dishes that were well balanced and delicious. The chefs are also family members, a true mom and pop enterprise, which is our favorite type of restaurant. If that’s your thing; I strongly recommend!

Despite knowing well in advance of various allergies they made only subtractions and no modification or substitutions. My companions unrestricted regular fair menu was hit and miss. Two of the courses were excellent the rest was average and not up to the price point. The puttanesca was below average. The front of the house was quite good and engaged but that passion did not extend to the kitchen.
