The venue is spectacular - it seems odd that it is in a hotel chain, but the renovation is truly remarkable. The food was perfect, all five courses made their own unique impression and, coupled with spectacular sourdough and hand-churned butter with lemon, was a taste extravaganza. Best of all, the service was very special. From Mater d’hotel to the sommelier to all three servers to the busing staff, everybody was charming. We are American and do our best to speak a little French, and we were so impressed that everybody attempted to work with us by speaking a little English! We especially enjoyed Julie, Pauline, and Robin.
