9/10Tastes very authentic! The chef of the chili oil on our tables deserves a prize - it was so good, and so hot! We highly recommend the Ma-Po aubergine, less sauce than the Canton style, but the taste was spot-on! Dessert was a big disappointment. I recommend you order a starter rather than a dessert if you have the -30% offer. The hot and sour soup uses black vinegar (I think!) and I highly recommend it too.

LARGEUR DE VUE – Chinois. Le Jade a les idées larges et met à votre portée un échantillon exceptionnel de spécialités asiatiques, dans la Z.I. de Carouge.
QUALITÉ ET FRAÎCHEUR – Soupe Jade, assortiments de raviolis vapeur (8 pièces), assortiment hors-d'œuvre : voilà pour quelques entrées. On poursuit avec un canard laqué pékinois, un poulet croustillant caramélisé, un bœuf au poivre noir sur plaque chauffante, un soupe de nouilles, un bon bo, ou encore poisson à la vapeur.
