9/10Arrived at 7 and the service was great. The resto for much busier but it didn’t affect the service levels so bravo! We ate charbonnade. The server was great in that she asked us we had had coupon or discounts because the coupons were n/a to certain items. So on the charbonnade the 20% fork coupon is n/a to the “a volonté” but instead she advised us to take the fixed plate and then add extra meat if required where the coupon was applicable. We thought this was nice and professional to avoid arguments at the end when the bill comes The only slight negative was that the first batch of fries were not hot, only tepid. Maybe they had been prepared in advance for efficiency as the restaurant is very big. Second batch were great. Highly recommend this place.

9/10My Argentinian guest remarked that it was one of the best steaks she had ever tasted. Coming from an Argentinian, even a very polite one, that's quite a compliment. My cheese fondue was tasty, though not the finest in town. However, it's worth noting that this establishment is famed as a steakhouse, not as a Swiss chalet. The prices are fair, especially for Geneva, and there's usually plenty of parking space nearby.

10/10It’s a great place once you get to it. We sat outside in the terrace, but inside was looking nice as well. Tasty food and very good service!

10/10The waitress was extra-nice, the terrace was not opened but she offered that we had a drink outside, and then gave us a table close to a door that she opened for us. Food was great also

8/10After we ordered the waitress disapeared and took a long time to come back. We had to remind her several times of items we asked for. And when they took our leftover cake to be boxed thry threw away a slice. 🤦♀️. Overall it was a good experience and they were nice but they can improve.

8/10I was very pleasantly surprised by the restaurant itself, bearing in mind its surroundings which are not exactly very inviting...but don't be put off by the location as the interior, the staff and the food itself are worth it! You can tell that they specialise in "Charbonnade" and that didn't disappoint though i would've loved to have more choice of sauces for the meat (like BBQ or something spicy) but that's just a minor detail. You cannot be in a rush if eating there as i noticed that there weren't enough waiters for all the tables but they're friendly and do their best to accomodate your requests ;) Great find!

9.5/10It was a surprising discovery. Indeed the restaurant is not located in the central crowed Geneva but rather in suburbs. From the outside it doesn't look that appealing but once inside, the ambiance is charming. Food were very good and the service was lovely. That day was a hot day (35°C max) so we were able to have dinner while the restaurant was opened to the outside (a bit cooler in the evening). I likes the cheese fondue "moitié moitié aux morilles", but the other dishes were great as well. We did it try the Charbonnade although it seemed good while other customers had it. Overall, if NOT having dinner in a luxury centrally-located restaurant in Geneva does not matter to you, this restaurant definitely worth a visit.
