Great location, nice food but service was slow and the billing process was not very professional and transparent. They did find the fork booking at the start but when the bill came the first forgot to apply it. Later the application was not transparent. I still have not received the Yuma.

A real hidden gem. Fantastic service from start to finish. A new menu & everything tasted amazing. We ordered Salmon & Foie gras starters. The homemade foie gras was delicious the best I ever tasted. All dishes were excellant and I will most definitely be returning. Thank you to all at Le M.

On the edge of Nîmes is the nicely restored 'Le Mas Merlet' with a beautiful and spacious garden. In a courtyard shaded with umbrellas and sails, you can enjoy culinary delicacies prepared with care. Although it was very busy as it was Sunday noon with a wedding party as well, the service was very smooth and friendly.
