8.5/10Le Scodelle Restaurant: A Quaint Gem in Torino Nestled in the heart of Torino, Le Scodelle is a charming culinary retreat that invites you into its cozy embrace. This quaint eatery stands as a testament to the old-world charm of Italian dining, where simplicity meets quality in a delightful union. PROS: Cozy Ambiance: The moment you step inside Le Scodelle, you are welcomed by a simple, yet warm and inviting decor. The intimate setting is perfect for a romantic date night or a cozy gathering with friends and family. Artisanal Charcuterie: Le Scodelle takes pride in its selection of quality cold meat cuts sourced from small local producers. The attention to detail and commitment to showcasing regional flavours are evident in every bite. Seasonal Sensibility: One of the restaurant's standout features is its ever-evolving menu. Drawing inspiration from the season's freshest ingredients, diners can expect a culinary journey that reflects the true essence of Italian cuisine. Regional Wine Selection: Wine enthusiasts will appreciate the restaurant's well-curated collection of wines hailing from Emilia-Romagna. The perfect accompaniment to your meal, these wines add a delightful dimension to your dining experience. Heartwarming Service: Le Scodelle is not just a place to eat; it's an experience. The service here is characterized by the hospitality and warmth of two lovely ladies who make you feel right at home. Their attentive care and personalized touch elevate the overall dining experience. CONS: Persistent Disturbance: While Le Scodelle offers a peaceful and charming atmosphere, some patrons have been inconvenienced by persistent flower vendors. It's disheartening to have the romantic ambience disrupted multiple times during a two-hour dinner. It does leave one wondering why the restaurant does not take measures to address this issue, such as prohibiting the vendors from approaching diners. In conclusion, Le Scodelle is a delightful small restaurant in Torino that holds true to the essence of Italian dining. With its cozy setting, artisanal charcuterie, seasonal menu, and excellent service, it promises a memorable experience. However, the disturbance caused by flower vendors is a minor hiccup that could potentially affect the overall dining experience. Nonetheless, if you're in search of an intimate, charming dining experience in Torino, Le Scodelle is certainly worth a visit.

10/10Very good restaurant. Exceptional quality of food (absolutely must try the gnocco fritto in every possible variant). The waiters (or owners) were incredibly nice and helpful (we were in fact a group of 5 adults with 4 small children (a nightmare) and they were very nice and helpful despite the disaster we wreaked. Thanks! we will definitely be back (no children, I promise)
