The food was real good. We all enjoyed the beef and tuna and deserts. The starters were ok. The atmosphere was very nice. The service was very poor. The waiters don’t speaks neither English nor Español, just French. The waiter has mixed up the order with the food and with the drinks as the result. We were 8 people and one of us didn’t get the right food order and all of us didn’t get the right drinks. We asked for non alcoholic beers, but we got the alcoholic ones. We don’t drink alcohol and it was important issue for us, but waiter didn’t seem to care about it, because after we had few sips of the drink and we realised that we are drinking the alcohol beer instead of the non alcoholic he just said that he is sorry for that and he didn’t even offer us to change the beers. Neither he has offered us to change the wrong food order. So we left very disappointed.

We absolutely adore this place and have been there many times, however this time we had a reservation which was confirmed for 145 on Tuesday, August 30 and drove all the way there from our home in Paris only to find everything closed up and no one around. We were very very disappointed and it was very late and we had no idea where else we could go that would be open at that time and ended up eating in a café in Rambouillet, mediocre to say the least. We would like a personal contact from the restaurant to assure us that the next time they give us a reservation confirmation that they are indeed going to be there. Thank you very much for asking. A delicious lunch in a lovely setting. I look forward to going back in warmer weather to take advantage of their outdoor dining area. The service was just the right pace and very polite.
