Terrible experience! We arrived at the restaurant at 9:15pm, only to be attended 40 min later. We were completely forgotten for 40 min! One poor waitress was in charge of an entire floor, with over 30 people. When the waitress eventually attended us, we communicated how disappointed we were, considering the good service received in other occasions, and requested to speak to the owner — it was clear it wasn’t the waitress’ fault but rather the way the service and workforce were poorly managed! The owner never showed up, despite our various requests to speak to him. When we asked for the bill, we were told that we could speak to him at the cashier… When we approached him and communicated our feedback, it was clear he could care less about it, as for him “delays are normal on a Saturday”. Apart from applying a little discount on the bill, no sincere apologies were put forward. For us having dinner at Livingstone was always a special moment. We will opt for other restaurants going forward.

Service was awful. Waitress seemed disengaged and disinterested. Antipasti and entrées were served at the same time. Dessert for two people were served on one plate…sushi was tasteless.

Simply the best sushi ever eaten! Livingstone is a wonderful place for your dinners with your beloved ones. The ambience is unique, service is rigorous and the food simply great!

Really enjoyed our meal here. We wanted a break from Puglian food for a night and since it was a festival day it was tricky to find somewhere with a reservation in Lecce but we are so glad we discovered this gem. About 10 minutes walk from the centre, we had a delicious meal here with great service and a wonderful setting in the garden with a water feature trickling behind us and lovely mature trees. Thank you all at LivingStone!

Nice environment with multiple rooms, interesting take on sushi with fruits, the top floor is nice for the summer a bit chilly on a cold winter night.
