The best dinner we had the pleasure of enjoying in the region. Oysters, beef tartare with olive oil ice cream, risotto with salmon trout (with little/no Parmesan - still excellent and a real soul food), cod with truffles and leeks, panna cotta with apricots and almonds - accompanied by very good wines. Loving, friendly staff. We were the only dining guests that evening (Wednesday) and hope that the restaurant will be better attended otherwise. It deserves many many guests!
