3.5/10Very disappointed as this was our wedding anniversary dinner. To start with the waiter poured coke into my already filled water glass. He took my water and coke filled glass and empty water bottle away and didn't even bring a new water bottle to make up for a very clumsy and obvious mistake. Any high end restaurant with these high prices would have done that, this one didn't. We then asked for medium rare Frizia steak (1.1kg), which landed up being completely blue (not even rare) and still cold in the middle. We immediately sent it back and they proceeded to then take the slices and grill them (which is a complete no-no in the restaurant industry). Some slices were completely overdone, others remained completely raw and others were on point, which means that half the steak was messed up. Also, some of the fries were still undercooked. They did offer a complementary dessert for our anniversary, but forgot to add the 30% discount which we then had to ask for. Overall a bad experience.

5/10It was exciting to find that there was a steak house recommended by Michelin close to the place I was staying. We ordered a T- bone and and the taberna salad. The salad was very good and fresh but the meat was really bad, it left me a bad aftertaste. We complained and the waitress said that there is nothing wrong with the meat or the cooking process.. I couldn’t eat the meat… it was really bad for me. When the waitress took the plates and saw that I left everything, she offered a complimentary dessert, she was nice and tried to make things better but we just wanted to leave.

5/10Ordered the 120 day aged Rib steak for 2 as did the 2 guests, and it was one of the poorest steaks I have ever eaten, and I have eaten at the best steak houses in the world over the past 40 years. I am familiar with the unique characteristics of dry aged beef and this did not live up to expectations.

8.5/10We came for meat, and it was a good choice. The staff is nice and makes its best to make you feel comfortable. The main course is good but the portion is small. Desert is smaller. Wine is good. So, price for quality is fine, price for quantity is disbalanced.

10/10I love steak. I have had the good fortune to travel all over the world and eat at many steakhouses. And this place, hidden on a nondescript street in northern Lisbon, could quite possible be the best one of all. Everything was done right. The steaks were prepared with perfect precision. The quality of the meat was outstanding (try the ox). The side dishes and appetizers were equally excellent (try the octopus). The service was friendly and attentive without feeling pretentious. But the steaks were the undoubtedly the highlight, as they should be. And on top of everything, surprisingly affordable compared to many other steakhouses. If you’re in Lisbon and want steak, go here.

10/10We had a top meal at this restaurant. The workers were very friendly and highly professional. The meat was 5 stars as well as the appetisers and deserts. It was a wonderful experience. Basically, everyone should try it.
