The restaurants has a nice location on the edge of the LX factory. It’s beginning of our visit. The Assistance was quick and staff was pleasant enough. However, one of the people in our party has a lot of food sensitivities, and we made it very clear to our server. We were very specific with her about what our daughter could eat and that she needed things made in a very basic way with no sauces or marinade. when the food came out and my daughter started eating, she said she thought the food tasted like there was a marinade on it. When we asked the server if there was, she denied it. So my daughter kept eating. A few minutes later, the server came back and explained that the food actually had soy sauce on it. I was quite upset. My daughter would soon be getting sick. The server tried to justify her actions and also did not apologize. When the manager came over to speak to us, she also tried to defend the serve. She was clearly aggravated with us but did apologize. Very didappointing.

We went there twice on New Year's Eve, first in the afternoon to have a Happy Hour offer: coctail and two pieces of sushi and then in the evening for dinner. The afternoon visit was a "try-out" and it was lovely, good service and excellent sushi. Unfortunately in the evening it was a big big disappointment: Their verson of pad thai was really tasteless, not even a hint of chili or any other typical flavours, just greasy and blunt. The other wok was too salty and lacked flavours as well. What about "service": we were the only ones in the whole restaurant because it was early. There were six staff members hanging out by the bar, having conversation. None paid any attention to us after we had our food served. We waited for ages. We tried to make contact but they were totally ingoring the fact that we were there. Waited for ages. until finally one (the boss?) noticed us and asked. To our complaint about Pad Thai they said it is "fusion kitchen" and that seasoning is for British pallet.

Espaço agradável, very friendly service. But o do think staff disappears for a long time, it was hard to get someone’s attention. Also is priced for tourists. I’ve had better for cheaper.
