the food is good (the guacamole is AMAZING) and well portioned for the value, the decor is cool and fun, the servers are attentive and sweet. it was valentine’s and they offered us an entree and a rose (flower, not wine), very cute. my only complaint was the noise but, to be fair, as i said before, it was valentine’s day, so they had live music, the restaurant was full… overall a very nice dinner experience with solid good food and cool ambience, just not ideal noise wise to have a proper conversation ahah

Fellow Mexican food lover friends pointed us in this direction, we made our reservation and arrived hungry with great anticipation. Surprisingly, the absence of fresh ingredients (stale chips, anemic tomatoes, dry chicken and rice) and unwillingness to accommodate a basic food sensitivity, crowned with largely flat service provided an unexpected disappointing experience. When we requested that the rice be left out of one of the burritos, our server very politely but flatly twice refused to even ask the kitchen staff. We were made to understand that whatever goes into the burritos is already pre-mixed? On the positive side, the guacamole was fresh and delicious. Plus the space is immaculate, and the decor and artwork here are fun, colorful and interesting. To round things out we used a 30% discount offer that popped up. Otherwise, if in search of fresh, authentic Mexican food, steer clear, and be thankful that there are plenty of other dining choices in the way cool LX Factory area.

Worst "Mexican" food I ever tried. Nothing is fresh, not even the pico de gallo. Do not waste your money and don't judge mexican food based on this restaurant.

I had mixed experience. The service was truly outstanding; the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. While the presentation was appealing, the flavors and quality fell short. Overall, I was impressed by the exceptional service but disappointed by the culinary experience.

This was surprisingly good. Trip advisor rates a 4 star but honestly there was nothing to complain about. Great service, great food, the best sweet potato fries I’ve had and great drinks. Really good experience and value.

Like this place very much. The atmosphere, the food, the service. Negative only point.. we were put water and nachos on the table without asking and given the word that it was an offer of the house. Later, they charged 5.50 2 euros for water that we didn't even drank. As a result, there was no tip. Other than that, it was a positive experience.

What a speed delivering appetizers, main dishes or drinks. Very friendly crew, super well organized. Love the inspo the restaurant has. Cool design- modern old school Mexican spot. Loved it! Super instagramish ???????? food was also very tasty. Recommend!
