Despite being a small restaurant, we had a very enjoyable time. The service was fast. The staff were friendly. Their paella lives up to its reputation, it's delicious. The tapas are fantastic. The gentleman who served us, I believe his name was Niko, offered us a complimentary liqueur made from green apples at the end of the meal to aid digestion, which I loved. A friend of mine living in Barcelona told me that the prices are very reasonable. I would enjoy coming back to this place. Thank you.

The black rice was okay but not close to a value of 30 euros, this is very expensive for Barcelona!

Paella was so good! I went from 2 people, and I could only order one serving and there was enough portion!

Very nice food and ambience. We were there around 8 pm and no waiting time, cos local people eat dinner late at 9-10 pm.

The black rice paella was really good and the staff were friendly and quick. Ordered a sangria cava and a sangria red wine. Liked the cava one better and they are huge!

It was our last night in Barcelona and as a family, we wanted to have fun and enjoy a good meal. This place was perfect for it.

The food was very good and prices were good. There was a delay with one of our orders and the Manageress stepped in and offered a free starter and a free drink. hospitality was very good and we will go back to this restaurant when we are back in Barcelona. great experience.

The quality of the ingredients is a bit disappointing. And the prawns in the fideua were overcooked

Second visit, and Micu Maku didn't disappoint! Excellent food, delicious sangria, relaxed but energetic atmosphere. One of our very favorite dinner spots in Barcelona.

Last night in Barcelona and we wanted to get our paella fix before we went home to the US. We had some tapas and drinks to start. We ordered two types of paellas for our main dish. Seafood Paella with chicken, squid, clams, mussels, prawns and Black rice squid, clams, mussels, prawns, squid ink smothered in a garlic aioli. Both were great but the black rice paella was to die for!! It was a great ending to our trip.
