The food was excellent, the sommelier started a bit slow but improved later on, the seating was bad since my husband had to stare at a wall and could not enjoy the surroundings, the service was by times good but the take away of the dishes was not very kind and we were not asked if each dish was to our satisfacion. That can definitely be improved.

You must do the wine pairing as it is complementary to the meal. I have been here twice so far. I will continue to revisit to bring my most valuable guests to Madrid.
