About this restaurant
Welcome to Nodi, a new restaurant by head chef and owner Marc Knoops. For the past 3 decades, he has been fully committed to Italian cuisine and its typical regional specialties with great success. From the northern provinces to the southernmost tip of the Italian islands, there are few regional dishes left unmarked to inspire his cooking career and to put the most delicious dishes on the menu. Marc’s previous restaurant ‘Da Mauro’ was mainly focused on Italian cuisine, at Nodi this is combined in its unique way with his love for the Californian kitchen.
