We heard there was a chef pushing for Michelin star in this new open hotel we could only do lunch on that visit in Rome we found out the menu and à la carte are only offer at lunch time but there is a menu for lunch at the bar well don’t bother there is no effort,no enthusiasm,very poor service the poor girl was by herself must have been her first job ever restaurant was not set ,only tiny table in the bar eventually menu were offer with a small menu small drink selection and very small wine selection 4 red 4 white ouole of bibles I ask if it was possible to have the bigger wine list No is not possible,pick a bottle not available! They only had 2 bottles behind the bar was told the general manager doesn’t allow any more !! So we ordered the 2 bottles before they were gone food was probably the WORST we had in Italy €30 for 3 finger of the worst pizza with packet bought pata negra ,the Caesar salad was also poor and minuscule pumpkin soup not good at all very very poor

Our fine dining restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday for dinner only and offers both a tasting menu and an à la carte selection. If you were expecting the same experience provided during our dinner service, we kindly note that this would have required different planning. Should you wish, we would be delighted to welcome you for our dinner experience at any time, in order to fully enjoy the concept and cuisine of our restaurant.

Staff were nice and engaging, providing some info regarding the location. Was very cold in the bar and unable to enjoy dinner. We’ve been offered the option of tasting few starters from the menu, however portions were not for tasting. Waiting time quite long, had to request few times the bottle of water. Meals were average, too much fried and fat. No presentation with the tasting meals. We had to leave as we were freezing. Not a place I want to explore again.
