6.5/10Food was good, desserts a bit meh, ended up at a table between a wall and a pillar so was a bit tight and didn't get a view of the most of the restaurant due to the pillar. Personnel were stressed

5/10i have been to Tredici quite a few times before. This time was…different. Our « branzino » was served tepid-cold. This was a ‘’secondo’’. We mentioned it to the server who was quite surprised and grabbed our plates. 15 minutes later, our plates returned, exactly the same: tepid-cold! After more than 12,000 steps that morning, we ate it. Branzino with sauce and vegetable. Another waiter took our plates away and started a long story about this not being served warm or hot. i think it should have being mentioned in the menu if, and this is a big IF, that was the case. Our fish had been cooked a long time before it was served to us. Quite disappointing and the story from the waiter was just that: a story. We paid and left.

This is possibly one of our favorite places to eat of all time! The chef does an excellent job creating a variety of flavor, texture, and color it’s truly amazing! The wait staff provided us with excellent suggestions with wine, second dishes, and desert. The beef cheek was like a warm hug in your mouth just as he explained, and the apple desert with vanilla ice cream was possibly one of the best deserts I’ve ever had. We will for sure be back next time we are in Rome!
