10/10Dining at Nous is a one-of-a-kind experience ; a rare privilege. Julien Gatillon perfectly masters the art of showcasing the taste of each product and creating splendid flavour associations. His cuisine is refined, authentic and generous. The unique setting of Nous, offers a very private moment and a fantastic opportunity to meet and discuss with the chef and Sonia. As a true artist, the chef constantly creates new dishes and his menus evolve as the seasons unfold. We already look forward to going back.
