9.5/10It was an amazing culinary experience. The finess and innovational cuisine is remarkable. The wine recommendation was excellent. The staff was very kind and friendly. We had lunch with our 4 year old daugther, which can be tricky in a "fine dining" restaurant, but not at Novo, they adabted the dishes (smaller portions, less herbs and spices) from the 3 courses menu for her so that she really enjoyed the food. The value-for-money ratio is incredible. A visit at Novo will definetely be on our agenda next time we'll visit Maastricht.

10/10We had a really nice stay at Novo restaurant. The service was excellent and the waiters could even serve us in German. We ordered the three course menu, which is the perfect choice especially for a larger group. The food was really good and everyone was happy!

10/10quite a new restaurant but they understand how to run one. The dishes and service are of high quality, and the price is fairly low. Moreover, the restaurant offers original solutions for people with diets.
