Felt very unwelcome never told about a dress code and wasn’t going to let us In even though I explained it’s my honeymoon and wedding annivsary. Looked smart and dressed smart even though it was fancy shorts and T-shirt but you had another couple in a unironed shirt and his partner in platform shoes. Wouldn’t ever go back there in a thousand lifetimes got a dirty look because I wanted to go to the toilet three times during the three hour course. Moreover the servers were in trainers and what looked like a surgical gown, would give it a miss if you want to be made to feel like you’re a second class citizen. The only person that was actually nice was the owner the servers were absolutely horrid

Service was very attentive and friendly but very "relaxed" - there was a very long wait between courses. We felt the atmosphere in the main room was sterile & cold - very bright lights, stark decor etc and the emphasis on the "experience " - moving between different areas, didnt really work. The relationship of the dishes/decor to the theme of clouds seemed to rest solely on the (admittedly beautiful & unique) tableware. Food was good - some dishes excellent (the "minestrone soup" potato broth was fabulous and the Parmesan "cappuccino " will be rembered for a long time!) but the sweets at the end were style over substance and by then we had had enough. Was it worth the money ..probably not, it was interesting but not up to Michelin standards in our view..

Food quality was good and prepared skilfully although I didn’t get the special ‘Wow’ factor with any particular dish. Service was fine, efficient and professional but almost felt a bit robotic and lacking in human empathy.
