The terrace was quite pleasant. The menu was rather limited, but what there was was (mostly) very good. Wine list was interesting, but a bit overpriced. Service excellent.

We tried the “Discovery” 4-course tasting menu, which was excellent. The service was good, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to eat outside with a view of the lake. Overall, a very nice experience.

Good food and service; the only problem was the cutlery: the forks had round handles so they went around in circles in the hand, so they were impossible to use.

This restaurant is amazing. I called in advance to ask whether there is a Vegan option and they said yes - and wow, was I amazed when I arrived. My friend and I were pleasantly surprised with the three course Vegan brunch we had - from the delectable vellouté starter and then a very filling, delicious salad to that scrumptious risotto and the highlight of the brunch - that fruit tart with everything made out of fruits - crust and all - simply divine! And the service was top notch. Kudos to the Chef and the entire team at O'terroirs!

Food is amazing, we chose the Decouverte menu and it was excellent. The staff was very welcoming and kind. The restaurant has a nice view on the lake of Neuchâtel. We will come again!

compared to the brunch that the Beau Rivage offered before the Covid, wewere very disappointed with the choice of dishes and the quality of certain ingrediants. I would have been willing to pay more to find the same as before the pandemic. The staff were polite and tried to be helpful but we had the impression that they were overwhelmed by the number of diners, we ordered a bottle of wine but were then asked by 2 other waiters if we would like to order wine! However the restaurant cadre and view is splendid.

For Sunday brunch we where seated at the terasse next to the place where people come outside to smoke and had to bear with stinking ashtrays next to us. In a good restaurant an order "Without lactose" does definitely not mean that you bring the plate with lactose, upon protest delete the food with lactose from the plate and then bring the same plate back! Wine recommendation by young gentlemen was very good. Heavily overpriced for what you get, even for Switzerland.

I hosted a dinner for a party of 10, friends from 4 different countries. The restaurant made special dishes for one person with celiac disease. The food was tremendous. Presented expertly, great wine selection, and service befitting a 5 star hotel.

Service does not match food quality: requests needed to be repeated several times....strange for such a luxary hotel. Neighboring table was very noisy.
